Update on Sprint case

Category : Cellular Service

Well Sprint had just contacted me about my complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and I still was not very happy with the results. The lady who called me on Sprint’s behalf asked me what she could do to solve the problem. I told her that I would like for her to investigate the Sprint PCS repair store and maybe, just maybe, things could get better there. Well it seems she had a script to read from because she could not answer my question and kept asking me, “What can I do to resolve this issue.” I told her that the Sprint store was horribly run and no employee there was willing to help me or other customers. I explained everything to her and her response was, “What I can do is give you a $20.00 credit towards Sprint, but there is not much I can do at the Sprint store.” I told her all I want is for Sprint to fix my phone with the warranty that I pay for every month. Her response was, “I can send you a new phone or you can go back to the Sprint store to have your old phone fixed.” I asked her if I could have the new phone, but I knew something was not right. I asked her, “Will I have to sign up for another 2 year contract?” Her response, “Yes, I can’t just send you a new phone, because you can easily just sell it.” Whatever, I give up, I am going nowhere with this and it is just taking up my time. I told her don’t worry about the new phone, don’t worry about fixing my phone, I will just take the $20.00 credit and look for a new service provider. I wonder if I were to file a complaint on top of this, will I get another $20.00 credit? HHMMM 🙂 . Well onto finding a new service provider. Anyone know of any good ones? Besides Sprint! Any problems you all have with your current provider? Let me know so I can switch.

Dude, yalls should switch to atnt (cingular, etc.) They have good customer service.. I call, my phone is lost/broken, okay. 'We'll have a new one to you soon', basically next day, I usually get the replacement. Only thing is there is a max on how many you can get and they also give you bottom barrel. lol

The ONLY reason I am with sprint is because I have sprint2sprint and all of my friends and family has sprint or nextel. So basically I never go over my minutes. That is the ONLY reason, otherwise I would have dropped them already.
